[*] DAILY RATES Rates are charged per day @ 15.50e Apr-Sept. A €1.00 surcharge per day for additional heating Oct-Mar. Rates include dry food, litter, bedding, toys & bowls. Any additional wet food or prescription foods must be provided.
[*] MINIMUM CHARGES We regret during peak season, we cannot facilitate stays of less than 1 week duration. However there is the option to pay for 1 week & use the room for the duration required. Off-peak, minimal charges apply for short stays as follows 50€/standard chalet and €75/family chalet
[*] PAYMENT TERMS 50% Deposit is due at time of booking to secure your place as we have waiting lists for places during peak season. Balance of payment is due on arrival . Because direct transfer can take up to 5 days to clear initial payment online must be made 5 days prior to arrival. You will receive a mobile receipt to your phone when payment is cleared.
ILLNESS In the event of illness/or accident our designated veterinary clinic is : Sandyford Veterinary Hospital, Lambs Cross, Sandyford. If we are unable to contact owner/s or their representative/s, any treatment deemed necessary will be carried out without the owner/s consent. Sandyford Vet Hospital do not provide credit facilities, so owners will be asked to provide payment directly to them, where treatment is required. There is a 20e charge for transportation to vet appointments
